As all other comments...it will not connect now to a phone
Worked when I bought the watch over 2 years ago but the app will now not communicate with the watch. And the issue seems to be across all users not just me. A lot of people have invested a lot of money into these products only to be let down by the manufacturer. Please fix this!
App doesn't work anymore, network down. Mark 2 doesn't seem compatible with my watch so waste of time.

Always worked fine but for the last few months now the app won't let me log in and just says network unavailable try again. Is this app even supported still ??????
Constant network unavailable error
My phone will not connect to my watch. I payed good money to have a good watch. And it does not work now. It used to be fine what has happend.
App doesn't work, just says network unavailable, please try again. Can't even sign up to use my watch so the smart part of the watch is totally useless
